What is it?

The daily water intake calculator estimates how much fluid you should drink each day based on body weight, activity level, and climate.

Formula

Base intake ≈ 35 ml × body weight (kg) Add ~500 ml per hour of exercise Add 250–500 ml in hot climates

Example

70 kg person, 1 hour of exercise, temperate climate. Base = 70 × 35 = 2,450 ml. + Exercise = 500 ml. Total ≈ 2,950 ml (~3 liters).
