Calculates the weight of a product or material based on dimensions and density.
The ingredient weight converter turns a volume (millilitres, cups, tablespoons) into grams using the density of the specific product — flour, sugar, oil, grains and so on.
Mass (g) = Volume (ml) × Density (g/ml) In reverse: Volume (ml) = Mass (g) ÷ Density
1 cup (250 ml) of wheat flour at a density of ≈ 0.6 g/ml → 250 × 0.6 = 150 g. Sugar at 0.8 g/ml → 200 g.
