The leasing calculator computes the monthly payment using an annuity formula, total payments, overpayment and simplified APR (PSK). Suitable for car, equipment and machinery leases.
Principal = asset price − down payment − PV of residual. Payment = principal × r × (1+r)^n / ((1+r)^n − 1), where r = annual rate / 1200. Overpayment = total paid − asset price.
